Our Aim
To assist any organization in quickly learning and successfully
applying the principles of Dynamic Governance and Nonviolent Communication, through interactive workshops and individual consultation.
Consent Circles (CC):
A system to develop optimum policies and develop cooperation throughout any organization, using the techniques of
consent circles and double linking. CC was founded on cybernetic and sociocratic
principles, and applied to business by Gerard Endenburg in the 1970’s.
Nonviolent CommunicationSM (NVC)
A method of internal and external communication which promotes connection, collaboration and cooperation
rather than stress and alienation in the face of conflict and difference. Originally
developed by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg in the 1960’s, NVC has been applied worldwide to successfully mediate disputes and
strengthen relationships and organizations.
